The Nicole Brown Foundation is very excited to be included as one of the recipients of Walk it Out Fundraisers, Inc. This is their first annual walk to increase awareness and help raise funds for various social needs. Danielle Pierre and Tim Pina will begin the walk on Saturday, September 26, 2009 in San Francisco and it is scheduled to end in San Diego on October 25, 2009. The exact starting point location is to be determined.
This particular walk is to support domestic violence and homelessness. So many women and children are left homeless due to domestic violence, and our current economy situation has increased the amount of people that are homeless.
Danielle and Tim are planning to walk approximately 20 miles per day until they reach their destination. The walk is approximately 530 miles and no two individuals have ever taken on this feat in California.
